How to find LAPORAN PENJUALAN RUMAH KPKT IDAMAN

What if you want to buy a sub-sale or developer house but is unsure who your neighbor is ?

 Who must you rely on for this information ? 

 Why not do a free research yourself ?  

 As all developer submit 7F report to KPKT every quarterly based on the SPA names and NRIC submitted to them. They will then record this information at their database. A simple research as follows can be done anytime as follows:- 

 1) First, type-in the Nama Projek(eg The Holmes) under Nama Projek of this link...

2) Then, new page will show up.... click on the underlined Ekotitiwangsa and look for Kod Pemaju and Fasa.

3) Third, substitute the kod pemaju, fasa and projek to the following link for The Holmes...and you will get the same results l posted...

    Hi there, I cant really access the report, what do u mean by substitute the kod pemaju?

      HI Minato, finally I manage to get the report, u copy the link and change the kod no and kod fasa number. U will get the report. Use the link from No.1 to get developer kod and kod fasa. Then use the link from no.3 (from the article) above to change number, and name as well. E.g. http://idaman2.kpkt.gov.my:8888/idv5/98_eHome/laporanJualanRumah.cfm?pmju_Kod=14680&proj_Kod_Fasa=1&proj_Nama=trio

      ok. use the link from No.3, the web address. There are a lot of things, number etc. U change the kod number, kod fasa, and edit the name u want. Then u press enter to get the report

    There a new kpkt website, which mean the Laporan Penjualan Rumah should have a new website as well. anyone know the link?
